Documenting Problems

These are the categories of documents that we are seeking:

• System-wide delays in processing veteran claims for death and disability compensation at regional offices, BVA, and CAVC
• Denials of mental health care for PTSD
• Patient wait times specific to PTSD/mental health care
• Misconduct by VA employees
• VA central office or C&P Service interference with regional office claim decisions
• Any other issue addressed in our Complaint (viewable on the "Court-filed Documents" Page)
